Submitting Your Leads

Once you are registered with us, we will provide you with a link where you will submit your leads.  As you talk with the homeowners, try to find out as much information as you can. You are ONLY GATHERING INFORMATION.

If possible, try to find out the information listed below. The owner may not want to share all of the information with you, and that is ok; gather as much as possible.

We are looking primarily, but not limited to, 3 bedroom/2 bath homes in the Denver Metro Area. The condition of the house is not a major factor. We will do all repairs to the home and factor that into the purchase price.

Leads must NOT be listed with a Realtor.  For Sale By Owner properties are okay. If possible, talk with the owner and ask if they are willing to work with an Investor.

After you have submitted your lead, we will keep you updated on the process of the lead. Once we purchase the property, you will receive Cash Payment for your referral. Keep in mind; that we will not purchase EVERY lead due to not being able to agree to terms with the seller, but if we purchase your lead, we will pay you for your lead.

  • Occupancy (Owner, Rental, Vacant)

  • How quickly do they need to sell?
  • Loan Balance
  • Are Loan Payments and Taxes Current?
  • Asking Price
  • Is Asking Price Flexible?
  • If they were to receive CASH within just a few days, what’s the lowest price they would accept?
